Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Media (IMDM) is a variation DMEM, containing higher amounts of amino acid, vitamins, selenium, sodium pyruvate, and HEPES. IMDM is well suited for rapidly proliferating, high-density cell cultures, including Jurkat, COS-7, and macrophage cells.
