1. Product Description
MCDB Media were initially formulated to support low-protein, serum-free cell growth. Each MCDB medium is customized for specific cell cultivation. MCDB 105 medium and MCDB 110 medium are variations of the MCDB 104 medium, appropriate for long term survival of human diploid fibroblast-like cells and rapid clonal growth. MCDB 151, 201, 302 media, which are variations of F-12 nutrient mixture Ham (Ham's F-12), support human keratinocyte growth and clonal growth of chicken embryo fibroblast and Chinese hamster ovary (CHO).
