1. Product Description
Leibovitz's L-15 medium contains salt, free base amino acid, and D-galactose (in lieu of D-glucose) supplements that enable the maintenance of physiological pH control. With the appropriate supplements, Leibovitz's L-15 can support cell lines such as Hep-2 and LLC-MK2, in addition to various virus strains, embryonic tissue, and the primary explants of adult human tissue.
