1. Product Description
Fischer's Medium was originally formulated to support leukemic mice cell propagation. During initial experiments, cultivated leukemia cells were observed for their resistance to chemotherapeutic agents. Fischer's medium enables in vitro resistance experiments, without the need of having to use research animals. Fischer's medium supports clonal reproduction of cells from primary explants and from cells in culture.
